We at FACE THE PAINT ! tm use only FDA approved face paint(makeup) and cosmetic grade glitter for use on skin. What I use is actually FDA approved makeup (NOT paint) for use on SKIN. Professional Face Painters will never use anything less.
Along with working with the BEST face painting supplies, we at FACE THE PAINT ! tm follow strict hygiene and safety measures. We ask parents to wash their children's face before we paint it. The face paints we use do not promote any type of bacteria. We strive to create a healthy, safe and fun experience for all our customers.
Allergies: If your child has allergies, please request a "patch test" before we paint. As long as the patch test doesn't show any reaction, the paint won't promote an allergic reaction.
Alert --please remember to ask your face painter what they use... Never allow acrylic craft or watercolor craft paints on your child's face... (they can contain nickel and other chemicals not meant for skin) non-toxic does not mean safe on skin. Never allow craft glitter on your child's face, it can scratch eyes and cause damage.
Always insist on FDA approved MAKEUP and Cosmetic grade glitter for your children and yourself.
